The goal of the 1 on 1 coaching program is to help you navigate various seasons of life, and not let any challenging or stressful moments stop you from moving in the right direction. At the same time, I understand there are times that something has to give. If you feel it is best to pause the program, I will work with you on how to navigate the challenge and the best time to resume.
