If you’re disciplined in doing what needs to be done independently, but just need further education and guidance on constructing a plan, the individual consultations are for you! Individual consults are video consultations that can be scheduled on an as need or desired basis. In an initial one hour consult, we will address your nutrition knowledge, current habits and ways to improve intake to accommodate your specific needs and goals. In follow-up consults (~30 minutes), we will discuss progress in reaching goals set for you, as well as necessary topics to build on your nutrition knowledge and lifestyle changes.
Best for those who have a goal but are unsure of where to start. The follow-up consultations can be scheduled at a frequency you’d like, to assess progress and build on any knowledge, or address questions or concerns you may have.
There is also an option to set up a monthly membership, with access to more messaging and accountability between follow-up consultations.
The Refined Dish is a 3 month 1:1 coaching program, starting with an initial consultation to build your nutrition knowledge, discuss your goals and establish an appropriate intervention for reaching them. This program includes weekly accountability to ensure your understanding and application of quality choices through the many different environments you enjoy food.
Each week we refine the nutrition intervention and build on your nutrition knowledge to help you continue moving in the right direction, regardless of the season of life you’re in. Months can be added to the program as you need! Best for those who feel they need the education and accountability becoming more independent and disciplined in their choices.
The custom meal plan is available as an add-on service, after we've had an initial consultation. This is because I'll need to know your specific goals and energy needs to build a plan that works for you!
Your 7-Day meal plan includes a lifestyle assessment, a guide on using the meal plan and a 7-day map of quality and balanced meals to accommodate your schedule, preference and dietary restrictions. The 7-day meal plan will include the meal schedule, corresponding recipes, and grocery list. You'll have the option of the personal plan that accommodates your dietary restrictions or allergies and portions, or the family package which will accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies and portions for the entire family.
A healthy lifestyle contributes to a happy, productive, and successful life! It saves you money on health expenses and leaves you time and energy for what’s most important in life! I am located in Buffalo, New York with potential to travel to surrounding areas for corporate wellness or athletic team talks, to help educate and contribute to the success of those in your community. The goal of The Refined Dish program is the help you navigate various seasons of life, and not let any challenging or stressful moments stop you from moving in the right direction. At the same time, I understand there are times that something has to give. If you feel it is best to pause the 12-week program, I will work with you on how to navigate the challenge and the best time to resume.
I believe it’s my job to customize an approach that fits what motivates you, and is most important in your life. I tailor how I support you to what truly improves your attitude and relationship with food. Something that works for someone else may be too aggressive, or not challenging enough for you. You won’t just be another client, you’ll be another person I get to know and built a relationship with, so I can customize an intervention that fits YOU!
Yes. If you start with one service, but decide it’s not a good fit for you, we will work together to figure out a more appropriate type of support that works for you, and switch you to that service.
If you love cooking, yes! If you want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen, no. The meal plan will be customized to accommodate the amount of time you actually have to cook. Simplicity and taste of recipes, as well as number of different meals, will vary based on what you’re willing to spend time preparing. Portions for left-overs or “meal prep” will be accommodated.
