This is an 8-week program with weekly video lessons and individualized support that will build a foundation of knowledge to guide you through any season of life. This course + 1:1 coaching program contains videos, visuals, and written content to ensure you're understanding and ability to apply each concept into your own life! You'll also receive 24/6 support through those spontaneous challenges each week! You won't have to wait for the end of the 8 weeks to get started... you'll be making progress from day 1! Each weekly module will help you implement impactful changes from the start, while giving you a clear understanding of what will put YOU in the driver's seat to your continued success beyond the course.

The goal of the 1 on 1 coaching program is to help you navigate various seasons of life, and not let any challenging or stressful moments stop you from moving in the right direction. At the same time, I understand there are times that something has to give. If you feel it is best to pause the program, I will work with you on how to navigate the challenge and the best time to resume.
I believe it’s my job to customize an approach that fits what motivates you, and is most important in your life.
